AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All orders shipped within Australia are free of charge and sent via Australia Post. As stipulated in our order terms, once your order has been placed your item(s) will be made within the Order timeline. Once your item(s) is completed and has been dispatched you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Please note, orders are only dispatched on business days, this excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery can take between 1-5 business days depending on your location, regional areas make take longer.

All domestic orders by Jacinta James require signature upon delivery unless sent to a PO Box. Jacinta James is not responsible for your purchase once it has been dispatched. If no-one is at your address to sign and receive the parcel at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. Australia post deliveries occur between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped free of charge via Australia Post, DHL or TNT. As stipulated in our order terms terms, once your order has been placed your item(s) will be made within the order timeline. Once your item(s) is completed and has been dispatched you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Please note, orders are only dispatched on business days, this excludes weekends and Australian / NSW public holidays. Delivery can take between 3-10 business days depending on your location. Jacinta James is not responsible for your purchase once it has been dispatched. All international orders by Jacinta James require signature upon delivery. 

SHIPPING LIABILITY 

Please note that all delivery time frames are approximate and we cannot be held accountable for any delaysWe do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been dispatched, or signed foror where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address. For international orders, if your parcel is subject to import and/or custom clearance procedures, we are not accountable. We cannot influence the release of an item once it is in customs due to their own independent processes and procedures.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Jacinta James cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which maybe applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. Jacinta James will not mark international orders as a 'gift' or ‘sample’ due to law prohibitions. 

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

Please note due to COVID-19 deliveries both within Australia and Internationally can experience delays. The delivery timeframes specified above may be impacted and delayed.
